Re: Army Corps reluctant to clean up Hansen Dam (4/12 editorial)California’s law says "No Dumping."  The law does NOT say "Go ahead and dump and then take however long you like to conducts tests; furthermore, you can do the testing yourself, and there’s no need to disclose the results – if you say your dumping caused no harm, we’ll be happy to take your word for it."  At Hansen Dam, both the Army Corps and LA Dept of Recreation & Parks have violated California Environmental Protection Laws...
